The general national election is Tuesday, November 5th. This is a pivotal election for our country. This election could also affect clubs like ours. Please get out and vote!

Events & Programs

  • Indoor Archery Program: Starts Sunday, November 3rd, at 11 am. More details are coming soon.
  • 50-Bird Target Shoot: The last non-registered shoot will be October 28th. See details on the website: NLFG.ORG
  • Trap Range Practice Shooting: Tuesdays at 5 pm
    • Prices: $7.00 members, $7.50 non-members
    • Membership card required for discount

It is now official that the 2025 OSTA NorthEast Ohio Zone Shoot will be held at the club. Thanks to all involved in making this happen.

Trap Range Work Party Update

All paint and materials used during the work party were donated to the club! Thanks to Alvin Mast, Paul Mast, Paul Marthey, Tim Vauce, and Kevin Krotky for your generosity and support. Special thanks to Chuck Sine and to all the volunteers who came out on a beautiful Saturday morning to restore the range.

Office Hours

The club office will be closed on Sundays for the foreseeable future.

Raffle

We have raffle tickets available for an M1 Garand rifle.

  • Price: $10.00 per ticket
  • Total tickets: 200
    Special thanks to the non-member who sold us this rifle. We are also seeking to purchase another.

Steel Challenge

Elections

Elections for Officers and Trustees will be held at the December Membership Meeting.

Thanksgiving Food Drive

We are conducting a food drive for Thanksgiving.

  • Please bring non-perishable items to the clubhouse.
  • Monetary donations are also welcome.

New Security System

At the October meeting, members approved $8,500.00 for materials to install a new security system for the gate to the ranges and lake.

  • Each member will receive an RFID card to access the gate.
  • Labor for this project will be donated by Paul Swain.
  • Funded by assessment funds.

Equipment Purchase

The membership also approved the purchase of a brush grapple and a third-function hydraulic valve for the Kubota tractor.

  • Cost: $4,200.00
  • Funded by: Assessment funds
  • Installation will be completed in-house.
