Here is what’s going on Down Range at North Lawrence Fish and Game

Week ending Sunday February 16th 2025

Thanks to all the Members who have paid their dues for 2025. There are still several who have not yet paid. We have mailed out a reminder letter and membership application to those who have not yet renewed.  We hope all of you will be able to join the Club again this year.

Dues may be paid in person before the Membership meeting on February 13th. Please arrive early. You can also download a membership application from the website, fill it out and mail it to the Club.

Office hours; The office is now closed on Sundays.

Membership meeting Thursday February 13th at 7 pm.

Our indoor Archery program continues every Sunday at 11 am and ends at 3pm. Detailed flyer is on the website.

The Trap Range will  be closed until spring.

The M1 Garand raffle is sold out. The drawing will be held during the Membership meeting next week. Thanks to everyone who purchased tickets.

Euchre every Friday evening at 7 pm. Plenty of room for more tables and players. Call Joe for details at 330 353 0337.

Once again, remember one stray round leaving our ranges could be the end of our Club. Please use good common sense and shoot safely.

Also, if you are at the range and find it necessary to make adjustments to your firearm keep it pointed down range. The person at the table next  to you will feel much more comfortable. If there are shooters down range NO ONE should be handling any firearms! Remember the next time you could be looking down the barrel of someone’s gun. Famous last words “It’s OK. It ain’t loaded”

Membership Dues

🚨 One stray round leaving our ranges could be the end of our Club. Please use good common sense and shoot safely.

🔹 If you need to make adjustments to your firearm, keep it pointed downrange. The person at the table next to you will feel much more comfortable.

🔹 If there are shooters downrange, NO ONE should be handling any firearms!

There will be a White Death Sniper Match on Saturday, January 25th. This event will be held at our rifle range. Flyers are available at the Club and will be posted on the website soon: NLFG.ORG.

Gate Security Project
The new gate security system is nearing completion. Member Paul Swain has the system built and has been testing it. The next big job will be printing the RFID cards that will be sent out to each member who has paid their 2025 dues. The goal is to be fully functional by March 1, 2025. Things are moving along nicely.

As a result of the nominations received during the October and November meetings, the 2025 Board of Directors will be as follows:
